Rights & Responsibilities
This Statement of Rights and Responsibilities ("Statement") governs our relationship with users and others who interact with SharingStories. By using or accessing SharingStories, you agree to this Statement.
Sharing Your Content and Information
You, as a user, own all of the content and information you post on SharingStories. SharingStories acts only as a conduit for sharing of all content that is provided to it. In addition:
1. For content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos, videos, audio, illustration and stories ("IP content"), you specifically give us the following permission: you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you post on or in connection with SharingStories ("IP License)
2. It is the responsibility of you, the content producer to gain the correct permissions of use, if you, in the process of creating your content, draw on other peoples or communities Intellectual Property.
Safety
We do our best to keep SharingStories safe, by monitoring and moderating all content and comments that are uploaded to SharingStories. However, we need your help to do that, which includes the following commitments:
1. You will not post your surname, address, date of birth or any other private details on SharingStories
2. You will not share your password to your account with any other person, within or from outside your community
3. You will not engage in any private conversations (unsupervised by teachers) with persons outside the SharingStories Community.
4. You will not send or otherwise post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on SharingStories.
5. You will not collect users' content or information, or otherwise access SharingStories, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our permission. .
6. You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
7. You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.
8. You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.
9. You will not post content that is hateful, threatening, pornographic, or that contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
10. You will not develop or operate a third party application containing, or advertise or otherwise market alcohol-related or other mature content.
11. You will not use SharingStories to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
12. You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of SharingStories, such as a denial of service attack.
13. You will not use SharingStories if you are a convicted sex offender.
14. You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement.
15. If you are found to breach any of the above terms of Safety your privilege as a user of SharingStories will be revoked.
